Strengthen Your Foundation Hatha Yoga Class
This yoga class is open to all levels and designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance—whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice.
We'll explore a carefully structured sequence of postures, gradually progressing from foundational poses to more challenging ones, with a focus on longer holds, mindful movement, and breath awareness.
Each session includes elements of pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to promote mental clarity and emotional wellbeing, fostering a grounded and expansive experience of yoga.
Please Note:
I can best support those who are committed to their practice. To encourage consistency, I offer a block booking of 5 classes, with a 6th class free. These 6 classes must be used within an 8-week period, allowing me to better plan our sessions and helping you progress with greater ease. We grow together, and you'll benefit from the discounted rate, too.
