The Sprowston Diamond Centre provides an excellent venue for yoga classes in its spacious and well-equipped St. Quintin and Delves Rooms. Conveniently located just outside Norwich, it offers a tranquil setting for yoga. Students enjoy the calm and comfortable environment this venue provides, and there's plenty of off-street parking in the dedicated car park. I hold two classes on Tuesdays catering to different abilities.
Tuesdays from 17.45 - 18.45: Suitable for Beginners
This is an 1 hour Hatha Yoga class suitable for beginners and anyone seeking to build a strong foundation.
Explore a harmonious blend of poses to enhance flexibility and strength, while deepening your breath awareness and nurturing mindfulness.
This well-rounded experience serves as an ideal groundwork for your journey towards enhanced flexibility, balance, and inner peace. All levels are welcome to join this transformative yoga session.
Tuesday from 19:00 - 20.15: For Seasoned Yogis
A 75 minute Hatha Yoga class with introductory elements of traditional Kundalini and Laya Yoga.
Building on the basics, we explore more challenging poses accompanied by longer holds to nurture a stabilised mind, and to unlock positive emotions through the sacred geometry of postures.
We dive deeper into the practice with pranayama and meditation techniques, cultivating a harmonious union of body, breath, and mind.
Please Note:
I am able to best support and help those who are dedicated. To this end, I encourage everyone to book a block of 5 classes in advance (and I'll book a 6th for you, for free). These six classes must be taken within an eight week period, enabling me to better plan our classes. We all improve together, and you'll benefit from the discount, too.
