- Tuesday at 10:00 (Gentle Class)
- Tuesday at 18:30 (Some Experience Required) - Class held in Studio and streamed live via Zoom
- Wednesday at 18:00 (Suitable for all & Beginners) - Class held in Studio and streamed live via Zoom
- Friday at 10:00 (Suitable for all & Beginners)
If you 'd like to join an online class, here's some ideas about how you can make your experience as beneficial as possible:
Upon booking, you'll be sent an email with the Zoom Meeting information which explains how to join.
- Prepare your environment by airing the room, and place you yoga mat, or blanket, with sufficient room. Have a cushion to hand, too.
- Test that Zoom is working on your computer / tablet in advance
- Arrive 5-15 min earlier to say hi to everyone. Remember to turn your mic and video on if you want to!
- When class starts, we will turn off all participants' microphones and cameras so you will see just me, and you won’t be disturbed by background noises
- Switch off all phones and mobile devices before we start
- Tell your housemates not to disturb you!
- Enjoy the class, and you're welcome to chat to us at the end

Group Classes
All required Covid-19 protocols are followed, and we keep social distancing as per guidelines. All students are asked to bring their own mats, and any other props they might want to use (such as yoga straps, cushions etc). As we want to keep these classes small (six maximum) to ensure safety for all participants, pre-booking online is required, and we are only accepting bookings for blocks of six classes: |

- Friday at 10:00 (Suitable for all & Beginners - Online only at the moment)
One to One Classes
In Person (Not available during lockdown)
Classes are 60 minutes in length, and that's enough time to discuss any specific requirements and techniques that you may be interested in, practised together. If clients would like support with a regular practice at home, guidance can be given and a considered programme created. If you have a loved one, friend, or family member you'd like to bring with you, that's absolutely fine. |
Online via Zoom
This is a private class, but your entire household is welcome! Upon booking you'll receive an email with a link to the Zoom Meeting Room. Ania will watch your video-stream throughout the class to offer guidance and support. |
This small, female-only group is for those who have, or have previously had, any form of cancer. The group is organised by "Sports Action for Women after Cancer" and all Covid-19 protocols are followed.
