My therapy studies have taken me right around the world: my journey into bodywork started over 20 years ago in India studying Yoga and Ayurveda (Indian Medicine), and my qualification in Sports Massage was achieved right here in Norwich at Jackie Hamilton's School of Therapies.
I discovered Craniosacral Therapy whilst on a meditation retreat in Mexico, where as a recipient I experienced its effectiveness in a most amazing way. I graduated the two-year practitioner course at the Craniosacral Therapy Education Trust in London, having also studied at London's best centre for Hawaiian Kahuna (Lomi Lomi) and Indian Rope Massage (Chavutti). I hold advanced qualifications in Yoga and meditation.
I passionately assist my clients in their journey towards greater health and wellbeing. I offer daily group classes and one-to-one private yoga sessions throughout the week, and am fully insured as a professional member of the Complementary Therapists' Association.
