I offer one-to-one yoga classes, clinical treatments and holistic massages from Proactive Therapies, a multi-disciplinary clinic in Honingham, just 20 minutes west of Norwich city centre.
Parking is available right outside the clinic, or alternatively, in The Buck (located right next door) if all spaces are occupied. Upon arrival, come straight in and take a seat in reception.
I offer appointments on Mondays and Fridays, and online booking in advance is necessary; I don't offer drop-in appointments.
