Meditation (25 minutes)
Mondays at 5:00 pm
A simple, guided introduction to meditation, suitable for beginners and those with some experience. Each session includes a short explanation followed by practice, with space to ask questions so you feel supported and confident. Hatha Yoga (1 hour)
Mondays at 5:30 pm
A steady, mindful class suitable for all levels. We move through a structured sequence of poses, holding them a little longer to build strength, flexibility, and balance. With a focus on breath and awareness, this practice helps you feel both grounded and refreshed.
Therapeutic Yoga (75 minutes)
Fridays at 10:00 am
A supportive and attentive class designed to meet you where you are. With personalised options, chairs and props available, this practice focuses on releasing tension, improving mobility, and restoring balance in body and mind. Suitable for all abilities, including those working with injuries or specific needs, while still offering depth and challenge where appropriate.
Book Your Classes
I am able to best support and help those who are dedicated. To this end, I encourage everyone to book a block of 5 classes in advance (and I'll book a 6th for you, for free). These six classes must be taken within an eight week period, enabling me to better plan our classes. We all improve together, and you'll benefit from the discount, too.
