Upon booking you will be sent a health questionnaire so I can better tailor the sessions for your needs.
The hall is spacious with a wooden floor; we have chairs available, and I encourage anyone who has difficulty sitting on the floor to use one. Chairs can also be used as a support during some poses. There is plenty of off-road parking right in front of the building, too.
If you have your own yoga mat please bring it, but if you don’t just let me know and I will bring one for you. I also have yoga straps and cushions for those who need them.
I am able to best support and help those who are dedicated. To this end, I encourage everyone to book a block of 5 classes in advance (and I'll book a 6th for you, for free). These six classes must be taken within an eight week period, enabling me to better plan our classes. We all improve together, and you'll benefit from the discount, too.
