Soulful Yoga & Social
Welcome to our midweek Soulful Yoga and Social class, tailored for all abilities. Immerse yourself in this inclusive practice that nurtures and strengthen body, mind, and spirit, providing personalised modifications for each participant's needs.
Set in the rustic charm of The Painted Barn Studio, this Soulful Yoga and Social class offers a boutique, welcoming environment with the added comfort of underfloor heating. The practice blends slow, gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to build strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation making it especially supportive for beginners as well as those with more experience.
Beyond the mat, the focus is on connection and community; after the class, everyone is welcome to join Ania at the café to connect over a cuppa and enjoy uplifting conversation together.
If you have your own yoga mat please bring it, but if you don’t there are plenty of mats, bolsters, and straps available.
I am able to best support and help those who are dedicated. To this end, I encourage everyone to book a block of 5 classes in advance (and I'll book a 6th for you, for free). These six classes must be taken within an eight week period, enabling me to better plan our classes. We all improve together, and you'll benefit from the discount, too.
