Build Your Foundation Hatha Yoga Class
** New Class Starting 5th June 2025 **
This 1-hour Hatha Yoga class is thoughtfully designed for beginners and those seeking a gentle, grounding practice. Set in the serene ambiance of the village hall, the class offers a welcoming space to explore foundational yoga postures, enhance flexibility, and build strength. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, you’ll cultivate inner balance and a deeper connection to your body. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to reinforce your practice, this class provides a supportive environment to nurture your wellbeing.
Upon booking I will send you a health questionnaire so I can better tailor the sessions to your needs.
We have chairs available, and I encourage anyone who has difficulty sitting on the floor to use one. Chairs can also be used as a support during some poses. There is plenty of off-road parking right in front of the building.
If you have your own yoga mat please bring it, but if you haven't just let me know and I will bring one for you. I also have yoga straps and cushions for those who may like to use them.
I am able to best support and help those who are dedicated. To this end, I encourage everyone to book a block of 5 classes in advance (and I'll book a 6th for you, for free). These six classes must be taken within an eight week period, enabling me to better plan our classes. We all improve together, and you'll benefit from the discount, too.
