All appointments, classes, and events can be booked and paid for in advance, online. Walk-in appointments are not available.
Cancellation Policy for Classes, Treatments, Retreats, and Day Events
At Blossom Therapies ("The Company"), we aim to offer flexibility while maintaining the quality and sustainability of our services. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness for both clients and The Company. Please review the terms below, as they outline your rights and obligations regarding cancellations.

Retreats and day events involve significant preparation and commitment on our part. To ensure fairness, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellations by The Company
If The Company cancels the retreat or event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the non-refundable portion, or the option to transfer your booking to a future retreat or event.
3. UK Consumer Rights
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, bookings for retreats or other leisure activities scheduled on specific dates are not subject to the 14-day cooling-off period. Once your booking is confirmed, our standard cancellation policy as outlined above will apply.

- Cancellations by Client: You may cancel a class or one-to-one appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.
- Cancellations by The Company: If The Company cancels a class or appointment, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
2. Retreats and Day Events
Retreats and day events involve significant preparation and commitment on our part. To ensure fairness, the following cancellation terms apply:
Booking Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the retreat or day event.
- A portion of this payment, equivalent to 50% of the total fee (before any discounts), is considered a non-refundable deposit to cover administrative and venue costs.
Cancellations by Client
- More than 60 days' notice: You are entitled to a refund of the full amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit. Alternatively, you may choose, on one occasion, to transfer the full amount towards the cost of a future retreat listed by The Company.
- Less than 60 days' notice: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat or event start date. However, you may transfer your booking to a nominated individual of your choice. The Company must be informed of such transfers immediately.

If The Company cancels the retreat or event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the non-refundable portion, or the option to transfer your booking to a future retreat or event.

For your first massage appointment, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled start time to complete a consent form and health questionnaire. This allows us to customise the treatment based on your individual needs.
3. Appointment Timing (Treatments)
Your scheduled time includes any necessary time for dressing before or after the session. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment, as we must respect the schedule for all clients.
4. Professional Standards (Treatments)
All treatments are conducted by fully qualified therapists who adhere to the highest standards of professionalism. Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual references or misconduct, will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund, and future bookings will not be accepted.
